## What we collect

When you call, email or submit a form on this site, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address and anything you tell us about your coverage needs. We do not collect health information through this website. Our website does not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on the Medicare and health pages.

## How we use it

We use your contact details to answer your questions, compare the plans we represent and provide service after you enroll. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the insurance carriers you choose to apply to and with the service providers that run our phone and email systems, under contracts that restrict their use of it.

## Calls, texts and email

If you give consent on a form, we may contact you by phone, text or email about Medicare and insurance options. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us by phone or email to stop contacting you.

## Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@eseniorins.com or calling 801-255-5340.

## Medicare disclaimers

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 76 organizations which offer 2,345 plans nationwide. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
